7) Waggin’ Wheels Pet Courier does not diagnose, prognose, or make therapy decisions nor does it offer veterinary services. Any veterinary/medical concerns will be referred to a veterinarian.
8) Waggin’ Wheels Pet Courier will not sit for acutely ill animals or those with uncontrolled medical conditions. We suggest the pet be boarded with a vet. Certain medical conditions may also be referred to a veterinarian for boarding.
9) The client understands that the animals have a play time in which they interact with other animals. The client must express any known aggression problems that the animal has with others pets.
11) The client understands that they must express any known behavioral and/or aggression problems. Client is solely responsible for any harm caused by their pet.
12) Waggin’ Wheels Pet Courier does provide food, bowls, and bedding; however, if you decide to provide your own, Waggin’ Wheels Pet Courier is not responsible for those items.
13) Waggin’ Wheels Pet Courier does not accept aggressive animals!
14) Waggin’ Wheels Pet Courier will not walk unruly or untrained dogs or dogs that choke themselves on their leash. All dogs must be accompanied by a leash or they will not be admitted.
15) Waggin’ Wheels Pet Courier reserves the right to take pet(s) to vet if necessary. Client is responsible for all charges.
16) Waggin’ Wheels Pet Courier reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.
17) Payment is expected before services are rendered. In the event of additional unforeseen costs (such as food, supplies, or vet fees), payment is expected within 5 days of the completion of services or a late charge of $20 will be applied.
18) Cancellations must be received 2 days prior to scheduled boarding day or a $25 cancellation fee will apply. We must be notified within 2 days of an early return or you will be charged for the remaining number of booked days. There will be a $10 fee for late pick-ups.
